건축과 예술이 만나 강을 건너가는 방법. Austria의 Mur River에 건축가 Vito Acconci가 2003년 만든 작품. 강재와 유리가 주재료이다. 인공섬은 아이들이 뛰어 놀 수 있는 공간과, 카페 그리고 공연장으로 구성되어 있다.

Memorial Bridge

크로아티아 리제카 타운에서 크로아티아 수호자들의 기념물로서 죽음과 파괴의 시대를 추도할 상징적이면서 기능적으로도 효율적인 구조물의 공모전을 개최했는데 Memorial Bridge가 최우수상을 받았다. (출처 : 한국과학기술정보연구원) 교량과 기념비를 잇는 L형상의 ‘단순’ 그 자체인 교량이다.
