국정감사에서 나온 이야기

국정 감사에서 교량에 관한 이야기가 나온 모양인데,

고속도로 구간별로 보면 지난 73년11월 개통한 남해고속도로가 교량 371개 중 39.6%인 147개에 내진설계가 돼 있지 않았다.

1973년에는 내진설계 기준도 없던 시절이라 100% 내진설계가 안되어 있을텐데…. 39.6%라는 숫자는 어떻게 나왔지? 기준도 없던 시절에 만든 교량을 현재 잣대로 재고 있는 한심한 국회의원 양반같으니라고… 쯧쯧.
