한강 다리에 문화를 심자

그 제안의 발상이 재미있다. :) 참고로 사진은 독자의견에 있는 것처럼 원효대교가 맞다.

사회 인프라 측면에서 다리는 생성과 창조를 위한 탯줄이다. 연결을 통해 새로운 가치를 만드는 것이다.
